Our Story

Welcome to The Line 9. Hi, hello there! I'm Caroline. After 12+ years working in the fabric design and development world at top US brands, I was ready to take my learnings and create something of my own. After making Aliyah in the Fall of 2019, it seemed like the perfect time to start fresh. 

Looking forward to the next chapter of my life (including babies!) - I wanted to create chic and thoughtfully designed maternity clothes. To actually make it feel FUN to shop maternity. To focus on producing the few, key wardrobe staples that would get me through every stage of pregnancy, postpartum and parenthood.

Being a fabric nerd, it was important for me to seek out the softest, most luxurious and sustainable knits for the collection. In doing so, I realized that the clothing transcended the maternity realm and lended itself to a much broader audience of women- women whose bodies and lives are constantly evolving. Afterall, having effortless style does not mean sacrificing comfort. What you wear is not just about how you look, but also how you feel. I hope these essential and seasonless pieces empower you to celebrate all the moments in your 9 months of pregnancy, everyday life and beyond.
